Well. I have tried to follow all the instructions. The $39.99 has been accepted, but when I open tivimate, i get to a screen that shows a padlock unlocked and there are three choices, NEXT,LOGOUT,and Back. None of these are responsive. I know it is something I am missing .

I am struggling to find a solution. I have tried to access the tivimate companion app on Google Play to purchase the lifetime subscription. My problem is my email address. It contains an underscore and that is not allowed on google. It just rejects my email address and/or password as invalid...
